Emerson courtyard is a “neighborhood Life Style center”, consisting of retail, restaurant, and professional offices spaces. It is located on the Southwest corner of Orchard & Emerson (40th Street W), Fircrest Washington. The lot size is 4.14 acres.

Being close to several municipalities, the center serves as a stopping off point for morning and evening commuters as well as general dining, shopping, and services from the nearby communities of Fircrest, University Place, West & South Tacoma, and the City of Lakewood. Emerson Courtyard will be a “stopping off point” for commuters living in the Gig Harbor area that work in these Municipalities. These commuters use Orchard St. (which runs North/South), as the main arterial for accessing these communities. Orchard St. is a very busy street.
